The first person that came to mind (xuất hiện trong đầu tôi) when I read this prompt was my mother, who is working as a teacher in a local secondary school in my hometown.
Her name could be translated into English as Kindness, which perfectly fits (phù hợp một cách hoàn hảo) her character. She never seems to lose her temper (mất bình tĩnh) or raise her voice (cao giọng) at anyone, and can be extremely patient, even with the most hard-headed (a: cứng đầu) people. This personality trait makes her ideal for (lý tưởng cho điều gì đó) the teaching job. Her compassion and benevolence (lòng trắc ẩn và lòng nhân từ) are well-known to students and parents alike.
Once, some kids in her class accidentally broke the classroom window while playing football. I think they were expecting rage and fury (cơn thịnh nộ và giận dữ) as they often saw in other adults, including their teachers. Instead, my mother simply had them recount the incident (thuật lại vụ tai nạn) and come up with a course of action (nảy ra hành động) to remedy their mistake (sửa chữa lỗi lầm). The kids were moved, as it was something they had never experienced. Even their parents were appreciative of (đề cao, khen ngợi) how my mom handled the situation.
Thanks to the encouragement from my mother, I’m contemplating a future career in education. I would love to have the opportunity to shadow her (theo sát cô ấy) and learn more about the way she approaches and interacts with the students.
It always amazes me how teachers could manage a room full of clueless children, ensuring proper care and discipline, keeping them from trouble, all the while (trong tất cả thời gian) maintaining their composure. If there’s anyone who can give me an answer, that would be my mother.
